In alignment with the United Nations Global Compact’s Sustainable Development Goals ("SDGs"), we are dedicated to Gender Equality (SDG 5) and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10). We remain focused on delivering measurable improvements in equitable policies and procedures across all our brands to empower our employees, drive value for our clients and stockholders, and promote a culture of openness and respect. 

We are actively working on company-wide DEI initiatives, from increasing diversity amongst senior executives to adopting a new Supplier Diversity Policy. We also support the development of Employee Resource Groups (“ERGs”) across all our brands, fostering a more inclusive workplace for our diverse employees.
