Our Approach

Our workforce is the driving force behind our success. We are committed to professional development and career advancement while supporting the health and well-being of our employees and our consultants. We have made significant strides in our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion ("DEI") programming.

Our new commitments include:
  • Conducting a pay equity audit at Apex Systems, ASGN’s largest commercial brand
  • Implementing the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles across our brand
  • Establishing a company-wide employee mentorship program and diversity council

In alignment with the United Nations Global Compact’s Sustainable Development Goals ("SDGs"), we are dedicated to Gender Equality (SDG 5) and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10). We remain focused on delivering measurable improvements in equitable policies and procedures across all our brands to empower our employees, drive value for our clients and stockholders, and promote a culture of openness and respect. 

We are actively working on company-wide DEI initiatives, from increasing diversity amongst senior executives to adopting a new Supplier Diversity Policy. We also support the development of Employee Resource Groups (“ERGs”) across all our brands, fostering a more inclusive workplace for our diverse employees.

The WEPs are a set of Principles offering guidance to businesses on how to advance gender equality and women's empowerment.
Strive to maintain diversity in senior-level executive positions
We committed to achieving 40 percent diversity in senior management positions by 2025. We accomplished this goal ahead of schedule and we strive to continue improving our workplace diversity.
