Aligned with the United Nations Global Compact’s Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”), we are dedicated to Gender Equality (SGG 5) and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10). Through the collective efforts of our dedicated teams across all our brands, we are continuing to make significant progress on our commitment to social responsibility. 

 

Social Responsibility
In 2023, ASGN and its employees raised over $527,000 in support of 488 non-profit organizations, and our employees logged over 6,000 hours of volunteer time, which constitutes a 28 percent increase from 2022.

Featured Initiatives
Inclusion Council & Mentorship Program
In 2023, ASGN launched a Culture & Inclusion Council to foster diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces across all ASGN brands. The Council’s mission is to create an environment where every individual feels valued, empowered, and respected.
Employee Training
In 2023, ASGN provided more than 180,000 hours of Company-wide training to our approximately 8,860 internal employees, for over 20 hours of training per employee throughout the year.
Community Engagement & Philanthropy
