We remain focused on delivering measurable improvements in our policies and procedures across all our brands to empower our employees, drive value for our stakeholders, and promote a culture of inclusion and respect. Through the collective efforts of our dedicated teams across all our brands, we’ve made significant progress and are excited to share our 2022 ESG Report, which highlights our commitment to social responsibility and our workforce. 

 

Social Responsibility
In 2022, we offered a paid philanthropy day to encourage all our employees to give back. In the same year, together with our employees, we supported 432 non-profit organizations.
Our Workforce
We are conducting a pay equity pilot, establishing a Company-wide employee mentorship program and implementing the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles across our brands.
Reporting Frameworks
We report to the following frameworks: CDP, GRI, S&P CSA, TCFD, UNGC COP and the UNSDGs. Our reporting is informed by major ESG standards such as IFRS, ISSB, MSCI and SASB.

Supporting Employee Engagement
We promote Employee Resource Groups and Employee Community Groups across brands to further support the well-being of the diverse array of our employees.
Employee Training
We provide targeted training to ensure our employees stay ahead of industry advancements. In 2022, we provided over 29 hours of training per employee.
Community Engagement & Philanthropy
Together, ASGN Incorporated and our employees raised $540,239 in 2022 for over 400 non-profit organizations.
